Congratulations on the decision to further your training and pursue your LCSW certification. I understand that this is a big step and that finding the right fit is very important. During supervision, we staff cases, dig into theory and practice, and discuss relevant readings together. I offer supervision from a relational perspective and promote mutual respect and the idea that learning and growth are a collaborative process between supervisor and supervisee. My goal is to help you feel confident and competent to work in your specialty area and provide a safe place to discuss anything that may arise in your practice as a social worker.
